These were the “bibigo” beef & vegetable dumplings that had kind of a strange taste profile by themselves. I was thinking to see if it could be rectified with kimchi, but then I thought differently. Put fish sauce in first, then sprinkled some turmeric, some mustard powder, some chili garlic Cholula, and some powdered red pepper (the kind from the Korean market, I'm not sure what a good term is for this to distinguish it from… whatever else? We're still culinarily illiterate in so many ways!).
